                   This is Saritha Maddi. I am working as a accountant, 231 is my employee id. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am in need of leave of absence from office for three days starting from 26 ^th march 2016.I have to go to my sister’s place, she leaves in Newyork. She blessed with a baby boy, they are invited for the naming ceremony.

                I did not met my family from 2 years, because my mom in India, my brother stay in different city, we are going to gather all together on this vacation. I am so excited to see my family and I want to spend great time with them. My son also very much excited to see the Newyork city.

               I have transferred the work that I was dealing at the moment to Veena and she was already in my team and she can handle that well. I am available via phone any time.

I kindly request you to grant me leave on the above mentioned days. If you grant the leave I can book flight tickets for my family.
